Shipping policy

Orders ship in 2-4 business days, depending on the quantity you order. Please message me if you need it sooner.

All shipping speeds are estimated only and Bella Knots Boutique will not be held responsible for any item delayed in transit by USPS carrier.  No refunds will be given due to a shipping delay caused by the USPS. Thank you for understanding that I have no control of the USPS and any delays caused by them.

Bella Knots Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as DELIVERED by the USPS/shipping carrier (all orders are sent with tracking). Please contact your local police department if you suspect your delivered mail was stolen.  If your order is delayed or lost in transit, I will contact USPS on your behalf to locate.  All orders are shipped via USPS insured mail.
